I have been actively engaged in training, consulting, and coaching for over fifteen years. My goal is to create a unique, safe, and focused environment for my clients to build communication capacity and develop critical skills for success in their field. Former clients include Verizon, Nike, Amgen, Sony, and a number of education and not-for-profit organizations.
One on one work to develop strengths and address challenges executives face in their communication performance. Each partnership is developed with specific client needs in mind. This can include a 360 review and in depth interviews to assess executives attributes, reviewing of recordings of meetings and presentations, or in person observation. The client will identify goals and strategic outcomes. This is typically a 6-8 month engagment with an active review process.
Inclusion and Diversity
An interactive training session focusing on increasing effectiveness when communicating across difference. Training includes intense self-reflection and bias identification. The program is designed to be an introduction to cultural awareness as well as providing a practical approach to reducing misunderstandings and conflict while meeting your company’s goals.
Conflict Management Training
This training will increase understanding of the causes of our common conflicts and the key variables involved. Participants will identify and understand their own preferred conflict approach and the impact it has on their relationships and work style while also learning and practicing major techniques, styles, skills, as well as communication choices for effectively managing conflict. This training can be tailored to specific teams or workplace contexts.
Qualitative Assessment and Ethnography
Organizational assessment to identify strengths and challenges of work teams, office culture, leadership, or general communication patters. This can be achieved through long term engagement as a participant observer, in depth interviews, focus groups, or additional measurements of organizational capacity.
